Section 149 (2)

This certificate provides information on zoning and controls applying to the land, and other information which may affect the use or development of the land, such as Development Control Plans, heritage listings or effects of council policies on land such as contamination and flooding.

Section 149 (5)

This certificate provides additional useful information about the land such as any development consents issued on the land within the previous 2 year period.

Drainage Diagram

This certificate provides information to state that the property is\is not connected to Council's sewer.

Section 603

This certificate provides property information in regard to land description, ownership, rating details and outstanding rates.

Section 735A

This certificate provides details of any outstanding notices or orders served in respect of a property.

Septic pre-purchase inspection

This approval provides information regarding the effluent disposal system on the land.

Section 64 Certificate (Noxious Weeds)

This certificate provides information as to outstanding orders and notices on the land in regard to noxious weeds.

Special Water Meter Reading

This certificate provides information relating to the last account issued including arrears balance in addition it will provide current water usage up to the date the Special Water Meter reading application was received. This also provides meter number information and average daily usage.
