Index to council minutes

An index of Council minutes is available: to help to locate Council decisions made since CVC was created in February 2004. The index is PDF file, being a list of item headings including the item number (which is also the ultimate minute number) and the date of the meeting.

To query the Index, simply click here

• Use the search routine by typing a key-word that you expect would be in a heading (e.g. a DA number, and address, a topic) into the Find box then
• click on the right arrow until you find the item you are searching for.

Then make a note of the item number and its meeting date.

Then you open the Agendas & Minutes and

• Click on the date of the meeting that you have noted earlier (Note that you may have to scroll down)
• The full minutes for that meeting date will open as a PDF.
• To search for the item, type in the minute number that you have noted earlier, in the Find field, and
• Continue the search by clicking on the right arrow until you locate the item.
