Electronic Rates Notices and Water Accounts

From the 1 January 2017 you will be able to receive your rates notices and water notices electronically and no paper copy will be posted to you, saving delays in the post.

To receive your rates notices and water accounts by email please follow the procedure below (you will need to register separately for each rates notice and each water account:

Step 1:  Go to website -  clarence.formsport.com.au or using your device click on the QR code on your current notice.

Step 2:
Rates Notice

  • Complete the registration – Enter your name exactly as it appears on the current rate notice or current water account (use the same capitals, non-capitals, spaces and “&” symbol, if the name cuts off – do the same in your registration)
  • Enter your property number from the “Property Number” section on the top right hand corner of your rates notice.
  • Enter your email address for the notices to be sent to.
  • Choose a user name (this will be your login in the future).
  • You will now be sent an email to complete the registration setup.

Water Notice

  • Complete the registration – Enter your name exactly as it appears on the current rate notice or current water account (use the same capitals, non-capitals, spaces and “&” symbol, if the name cuts off – do the same in your registration)
  • Enter your Account Number as shown on the top right hand corner of your water notice.
  • Enter your email address for the notices to be sent to.
  • Choose a user name (this will be your login in the future).
  • You will now be sent an email to complete the registration setup.

Step 3:

  • Check your email and click on the link included in your email message (this will expire in 48 hours).
  • Choose a password (this will be used for you to login in the future to view current or previous accounts).

Step 4:  when you log in you can view your account details and print or save a copy of your notices. You will also be able to view a history of the notices issued to you in the past.

Step 5:  A separate log in and set up is required if you wish to receive notices for additional properties or your water notices by email as well.

Once registered you will not receive the paper copy of your notice by mail. If more than one person wishes to receive the notice by email both parties will have to register.

If your email address changes, you will have to update your user profile on the website.
