Please note that, in the interests of the environment and to reduce waste, the provision of full printed copies of business papers and attachments (for the public gallery in the Council chambers, office foyers and public display) is limited.

Computers with access to Council's website (and to this page where business papers, attachments and minutes can be found), are available in the foyers of the Grafton and Maclean offices and in the libraries. Customer service staff will also be available to print out items on request.

Register of Voting on Planning Matters

Section 375A of the Local Government Act took effect from 1 October 2008. It requires the General Manager to record which Councillors vote for and against each Council decision which exercises the planning functions under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979), and to make this information publicly available under Section 12 of the Act. Open the Register.
