Clarence Valley Council meetings 2012
Clarence Valley Council and Committee Meetings - Minutes and Business Papers
Council encourages the use of this web page as the primary access to business papers and minutes. Simply click on the meeting that interests you, seek out your items and print relevant pages only in order to save paper. Some of the Officers' reports refer to attachments. To view the attachments, please make a note of the item number which appears in the report heading and then click on the relevant Attachment Link.
Please note that, in the interests of the environment and to reduce waste, the provision of full printed copies of Business Papers and Attachments (for the public gallery in the Council Chambers, Office Foyers and Public Display) is limited.
To assist people who are interested in the Business Papers but do not have access to a computer or printer, cover-pages (including an index of reports) will be provided along with instructions on how to obtain relevant reports and/or attachments.
Items which have generated interest prior to the meeting will be provided in multiple, hard-copy at the meetings. Click here for instructions on how to obtain a hard copy of "items of interest".
Computers with access to Council's website (and to this page where Business Papers, Attachments and Minutes can be found), are available in the foyers of the Grafton and Maclean Offices and also in the Libraries. Customer service staff will also be available to print out items on request.
To search for an item but you are unsure of the date, click here to open an index of all Council minutes since Clarence Valley Council was formed in February 2004 up to the most recent set of Council meeting minutes.
