Clarence Valley Council delegations

Clarence Valley Council delegations by Departments

The Local Government Act, at section 377, provides for Council to make delegations to the General Manager to assist in his responsibility to manage the day to day affairs of the Council. In turn, the General Manager may then make further delegations to individual staff to assist in the efficient and effective administration of Council. The resulting register of delegations is made available as open access information as required in Schedule 1 of the Government Information (Public Access) Regulation 2009.

The organisation is presently being re-structured with the delegations in place from 27 May 2013 for the Executive positions.
