If you want to give your career a kickstart, an apprenticeship or traineeship is a great way to get ahead.

As an apprentice or trainee, you get the benefit of structured and relevant competency-based training that teaches you skills you can use straight away.

We have the following apprenticeships and traineeships now available:

Springboard vs Career path


This means that the position will cease once the successful candidate completes their traineeship or apprenticeship. The trainee or apprentice will be able to utilise their newly gained qualifications and experience in other organisations or in a new role within Council upon successful application.
