Planning Proposal - Lot 2 Spring Street, South Grafton (REZ2021/0001)

Comment is invited on a Planning Proposal which seeks to amend the Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (CVLEP) by rezoning Lot 2 DP 839420, Spring St, South Grafton from SP3 Tourist to B5 Business Development. 

This is to enable the land be developed for a wider range of land uses that are compatible with uses on land in the surrounding area that are also zoned B5. The land is the site of the former Grafton Visitor Information Centre.

Details of the land and the planning proposal are contained in the planning proposal document and accompanying exhibition material. In this instance, Clarence Valley Council has been authorised to be the Local Plan-Making Authority. 

Submit your comments online by 4pm Tuesday 8 February 2022, or in writing to the General Manager, Clarence Valley Council, Locked Bag 23, Grafton, NSW 2460 and clearly marked “Planning Proposal to rezone Lot 2 DP 839420, Spring Street, South Grafton (REZ2021/0001)”.
