Density limits apply to all settings, check-in and masks are mandatory indoors in council venues and facilities, including our customer service centres.Some services will only be open to fully vaccinated people, including libraries, museums, galleries Treelands Drive Community Centre and the Environment Learning Facility.
From Monday 11 October, we join the rest of NSW in working towards an easing of restrictions across the state.

Our customer service team is fully functional in Maclean. Mask wearing and check-in is mandatory but people do not require a vaccination certification to visit.
The council office at 42 Victoria Street, Grafton has closed permanently, and will be relocated to 2 Prince Street when refurbishment works are complete. We expect to open to the public on Monday 25 October 2021.
A second customer service office has been set up at our Rushforth Rd Works Depot due to the closure of our temporary office at 42 Victoria St, Grafton, however we ask that customers take advantage of our online and phone services where possible before making a visit, due to space limitations.
