The Clarence Native Bees are a group dedicated to promoting the values of native stingless bees to the community.
The group work together to formulate actions to lift the profile of native stingless bees and attend to rescue of wild native bee hives during storm activity, tree lopping or general rescue.
We hold regular workshops on propagating native bees, bee hive construction, hive extraction and general interests for protecting native stingless bees.
Meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of the month at South Grafton RSL Club. Meetings start at 5.30pm and usually go for 1 to 2 hours. You are welcome to stay as long as you like or for the entire meeting. Bee members often discuss different aspects of bee keeping or other areas of interest regarding native stingless bees.
Please RSVP if your interested in attending the meeting as the dates can change, or for further information phone Carole on 66433750.
