Changes to Land Dwelling Eligibility

Building entitlement, or the opportunity to obtain approval to build a dwelling without a variation to the minimum lot size criteria, on certain vacant land parcels (in Rural and E3 Environmental Management zones) will expire before Christmas 2021.
