Council's customer service centres aim to provide customers with prompt, accurate information and advice in a friendly environment. Our approachable team of customer service officers is skilled in answering your inquiries.

Professional staff are available to answer your planning and building inquiries between 8.30am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday.

All payments can be made at the centres using cash, cheque, Eftpos and most major credit card, with the exception of Diners and American Express.

Wheelchair access

Grafton: Enter via a ramp at the main entrance on Prince Street

Maclean: Enter via the front door from the disabled parking bay in front of Council building
