William Ager Park Walkway

Our Open Spaces team will oversee the construction of a new accessible walkway connecting William Ager Park to Pippi Beach Reserve, Yamba.

Works include 450 m2 boardwalk and viewing platforms, 55m2 of 2.3m concrete path and 70m2 of 1.2m concrete path.

Some benefits of the project are:

  • Improved pedestrian access and coastal viewing opportunities
  • Inclusive, safer and more comfortable walking experience
  • Staged delivery of the Yamba – Angourie Coastal Walk

Some sections of the William Ager Park will be closed while the works take place.

Construction works will start late September 2022 and is expected to finish February 2023.

This project is funded jointly under a grant from the Australian Government.
