At its meeting of 18 June 2026 Council adopted Sewer and Water Development Servicing Plans (DSP), which commence on 1 July 2026.
The DSPs cover the water and sewer developer charges levied under section 64 of the Local Government Act 1993 (LG Act) for the development areas served by Clarence Valley Council as indicated in the plans.
The 2026-27 Schedule of Contributions(PDF, 639KB) details the current Financial Year rates for section 7.11, section 7.12 (and former section 94) (EP&A Act) and section 64 (LG Act) contributions.
