Staff Engagement Survey

The Clarence Valley Council Staff Engagement Survey asks employees about their experience and perceptions on a range of workplace factors.

The survey is conducted every two-years with Culture Amp, an external service provider, to ensure the privacy of survey respondents and accuracy of reporting.

The results assist the organisation to continually improve. While we’re happy to see very positive trends since the 2023 Staff Engagement Survey, it continues to highlight areas we can continue to improve.
