Drainage Program

Bridge Design and Construction Works

  • Bluff Bridge – Single lane traffic will be switched to new bridge week of 09/02/26 for road tie in works to be completed. 

 

 

 

 

Current & upcoming Capital works

  • Yamba Road - Ongoing works near South Bank Road, potential for relays on South Bank Road 
  • Ongoing minor patching works on Gwydir in various locations. 

Footpath/Kerb Gutter/Boat Ramps/Jetties

  • Taloumbi Street, Maclean -  kerb & gutter repairs (traffic control in place for 5 days)
  • Brooms Head Holiday Park - repairs to toilet block 
  • Iluka stormwater pit repairs

Flood Repair Works

  • Armidale Road- Pavement rehabilitation works will continue in two locations.
  • Marine Parade, Yamba - Drainage upgrade will commence.
