NAIDOC Week 2026 Events
NAIDOC Week 2026 is held from 5–12 July, with the theme "50 Years of Deadly".
50 Years of Deadly is both a reflection and a declaration. It recognises the leadership and cultural authority that have shaped NAIDOC over the decades and affirms the importance of community leadership, long-term vision, and a sustainable future. The theme celebrates survival, resistance, creativity, and pride, highlighting the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across health, education, media, business, and the arts.
Clarence Valley Council are supporting a number of NAIDOC Week 2026 events and celebrations, in partnership with Mudyala Aboriginal Corporation, Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation, Grafton Regional Gallery and Clarence Regional Libraries.
