50 Years of Deadly is both a reflection and a declaration. It recognises the leadership and cultural authority that have shaped NAIDOC over the decades and affirms the importance of community leadership, long-term vision, and a sustainable future. The theme celebrates survival, resistance, creativity, and pride, highlighting the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across health, education, media, business, and the arts.
