McLachlan Park and MacNaughton Place

This riverbank reserve stretches along the shores of the Clarence River in Maclean and provides a variety of picnicking opportunities, public amenities, pontoons, BBQs and shelters for locals and travellers alike.

McLachlan park is known also as 'the Boulevard' it contains a major bus stop for Maclean.

Rest stop for travellers, some fishing and boating, a pleasant place within the town to rest and enjoy the river.

The park has accessible toilets (shower available), riverside walk, viewing wharf and linking pathways, pontoons (power/water/sewer pump outs for boats available), wheel chair accessible picnic tables and BBQ's, drinking water, power access to single and 3-phase power and shelters.

Macnaughton Place has a boat ramp, elevated viewing deck, terraced seating areas and features Yaegl Community artwork. You will often find people swimming here.

MacNaughton Place is an Alcohol Prohibited Area at all times, McLachlan Park 9pm – 9am.
