Building in close proximity to sewers policy

Council’s Development Control Plans require that buildings be set back a minimum of 1.5 metres from any sewer main, which shall be measured from the centre of sewer line to the nearest edge of the footing. This policy has been prepared to provide additional guidance regarding building in close proximity to Council’s sewer mains.
