Cr Karen Toms was first elected in 2008.
Karen has represented the local community on many committees, including 10 years as a Director of Bendigo Community Bank South Grafton; Clarence Regional Library; advocating for people with disabilities on Council’s Access Committee; chair of Council’s Water Efficiency Committee, chair of NPWS Iluka Community Advisory Committee; chair of Corporate Governance and Works Committee. She completed UTS Executive Certificate in Local Government.
Karen is self-employed. She understands the importance of small businesses.
