Clarence Valley Council is proud to continue its support of a community-based initiative that has grown to be one of the most popular events on our annual calendar. The Plunge Festival shines a spotlight on Clarence Valley art and culture, our local creatives, and their businesses.

With almost 100 exciting events and activities planned, there is something for everyone. Free copies of the festival program are available from Council customer service centres in Grafton and Maclean, Clarence Valley libraries, galleries, and cultural organisations across the region.

The Plunge Art & Culture Festival will be held from 26 March to 30 April 2023. The complimentary Plunge program guide is out now and can also be viewed on our website.

Over the past 11 years, the Plunge Festival has helped creatives build their profile and business.

"Plunge has been a driver of the cultural economy in the Clarence Valley" Clarence Valley Mayor Ian Tiley said.

"I congratulate the Clarence community on their continued support of this initiative. It has been a pleasure to watch the festival grow over the years."
