Council is subject to an appeal to the NSW Land and Environment Court (the Court) for its refusal of DA2023/0776 – Case Number -2025/00431396 which was filed on 7 November 2025.
The Court, exercising the consent authority’s functions for the purposes of the appeal, has agreed to the Applicant amending Development Application DA2023/0776 on 15 September 2026. The proposal remains for a Two Lot Subdivision and Multi Unit Housing containing 16 Dwellings.
