Notice of completion of installation

A notice of completion must be provided to Council within 7 days after the completion of any installation of a relocatable home, annexe, or associated structure regardless if located on flood liable land or not.

Installations on flood liable land require an approval from Council before undertaking any work. For further details on this approval please visit the approval for installation of a relocatable home, annexe, or associated structures on flood liable land page.

Installation not located on flood liable land do not require approval providing you have obtained consent from the holder of the approval to operate, and the proposed structure complies with the relevant provisions under the LG Regulation.

Please check with your park manager to confirm whether your dwelling site is located on flood liable land.

To submit a Notice of Completion take the following steps:

Within 7 days after completion of the structure, notify Council by submitting the “Notice of Completion of Installation” form. Find the link below.
This form requires payment of the relevant fee which can be found in Council's adopted fees and charges.

Step 4

In compliance with the LG Regulation, manufactured home estates will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.

It is important to discuss any proposal with your park manager before an application is lodged with Council and before any construction or placement of a structure takes place.

Failure to submit the correct application and supporting documentation to Council may result in assessment delay or refusal.
