Step 1.Let us know your experience

By submitting a compliments or feedback form, you are giving feedback on the level of service you have received from us. You can do this by: 

  • Using our online compliments and feedback form or
  • Email council@clarence.nsw.gov.au or
  • Compliments may also be provided by a letter or verbally (in person or over the phone). Please see our contact details.
