A simpler way to lodge Development Applications
Published on 28 May 2021
From 1st July 2021 development-related applications and post consent certificates must be submitted online to Clarence Valley Council through the NSW Planning Portal.
Adam Cameron, Manager of Environment, Development and Strategic Planning said, “using the NSW Online Planning Portal is now the essential way to lodge a Development Application in the Clarence Valley.”
“This online service removes complexity; applicants can view the progress of their application at any time while streamlining the whole DA process for everyone. We will ensure computers are available in our service centres in Grafton and Maclean for anyone who needs assistance to lodge their plans through the portal,” said Mr Cameron.
To ensure that everyone understands the new process Clarence Valley Council will be holding an information session in Grafton.
The DA Portal Information Session will be held at the Grafton Library, 126-144 Pound St, on Thursday 3 June from 5.30 – 7 pm.
