Survive the Ride: Free Motorcycle Safety Workshop

Clarence Valley Council is hosting a free motorcycle safety workshop. This event is open to all riders, whether you are experienced, returning, or new to riding.

This two-hour theory workshop, conducted by the Survive the Ride Association of NSW, aims to help riders make better decisions on the road and manage risks.

Learn from experienced presenters, including riding instructors and former motorcycle highway patrol officers, focus on riders taking responsibility for their own safety and enhance your riding skills, boost confidence, and ride with fewer surprises.

The workshop sessions will also cover:

  • Key decisions for managing cornering, group riding, and traffic.
  • Handling stressful riding situations.
  • Properly connecting with your machine, whether you ride cruisers, sports bikes, or scooters.
  • Recognising and avoiding common riding mistakes.
  • Choosing the safest gear for the ride

Time: 10:30 am. - 12:30 pm.
Location: Grafton District Services Club, Mary Street, Grafton
Morning tea will be provided during the workshop.
