Yamba Road / Witonga Drive Roundabout

Clarence Property will be working on the next phase of the Yamba Quays development with SEE Civil constructing a new roundabout on Yamba Road.

The roundabout is funded by Clarence Property. It will provide direct access to Witonga Drive, easing congestion on Treelands Drive and improving safety by slowing vehicles as they enter Yamba.

Scope of works:

• Trunk service realignment (Sewer & Water).
• Clearing of vegetation.
• Overhead power line removal and under ground cabling installed.
• Localised earthworks.
• Concrete Round about construction.
• Asphalt tie ins.
• Kerbing.
• Landscaping.

Construction:

The roundabout will be constructed in five stages over a 42-week period, commencing in February 2025 and will continue until November 2025.  

• Stage 1: Construction of temporary pavements & service relocation
• Stage 2: Construction of southern half of roundabout
• Stage 3: Construction of flexible pavement tie-ins
• Stage 4: Construction of northern half of roundabout
• Stage 5: Construction of landscaping and finishing works.
