Glenreagh Proposed Flood Planning Level & DCP Amendments

Council resolved at its March 2026 Council Meeting to adopt the Glenreagh Flood Study Update 2025 for the inclusion of mid-range climate change scenario into flood planning controls for Glenreagh. As a result, a new Flood Planning Level, inclusive of climate change modelling, is proposed for Glenreagh which increases by approximately 0.2m above the current Flood Planning Levels.

Draft Community land, Crown Reserves and other Public Places PoM

Council has updated the existing Community land, Crown Reserves and other Public Places Plan of Management (generic PoM) to address matters reported to Council in September 2023 and to update the generic PoM generally to ensure the management and use of the parks and reserves under Council’s control are consistent with the current and future needs of the community.
