This Policy replaces an internal protocol policy as it has been updated to include the definition of employee/worker as defined in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) which includes current employees, contractors, consultants, councillors and volunteers engaged by Council to undertake any activity at any location or workplace.
