Comments should be made in writing to the General Manager, Clarence Valley Council, Locked Bag 23, Grafton NSW 2460 and clearly marked "Proposed License over Criterium Track Junction Hill" or submit online by 4 pm Thursday 8 October 2026 by clicking on the "Make a submission" button below.
