Locale Consulting facilitated a public hearing on behalf of Council, held 6.30pm on 21 February 2024 at the Grafton Council Chambers, regarding the proposed reclassification of Council-owned land parcels being Lots 1 and 2 DP 1270948, located at 300 Powell Street, Grafton from “community” to “operational” land via an amendment to Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (CVLEP) - Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land (CVLEP).

One (1) person attended the Public Hearing and made a verbal submission regarding the proposed reclassification.

The Public Hearing Report(PDF, 1MB), received on Monday 4 March 2024, provides a summary and record of the verbal submission and responses by Council staff.

The Public Hearing Report will be reported to Council at its March business meeting to be held on Tuesday 26 March 2024.
